National Conference

TSA members throughout the nation all agree that for them, the highlight of the school year is the annual national conference. The TSA national conference is packed with competitive events and challenging activities that foster personal growth and leadership development. Each year TSA members are offered these and many more opportunities at the national conference.

In addition, Joshua Mathew from Terry Sanford High School was elected National TSA Reporter.

The following school were recognized as Outstanding TSA Chapters for North Carolina: McDougle Middle School, Southern Middle School, and Terry Sanford High School

Wayne Burgamy from Butler High School  and Paul Casey from Norwayne Middle School were Advisors of the Year for North Carolina.

The five students from North Carolina were also inducted into the National TSA Honors Society.

North Carolina had over 250 members in attendance at the National Conference and ranked 5th in the number of voting delegates. We are so proud of the hard work that each of you have put into your TSA chapters this year and would like to commend the student members for their hard work at Nationals.

NC TSA is an outstanding organization because of its members and its dedicated advisors. Thank you for all that you do!
